The capacity of the Ferin varies from 900-1000 dragons.
Headwoman/Man: Reports DIRECTLY to the Head Master . S/he is the head's second and see to all matters relating to the lower caverns. S/he heads up all the support staff, especially the cook, cleaning, maintenance, and fostering staff.
Cooks: Lower cavern staff, prepares meals for all who live in the Ferin.
Servers: Lower cavern staff, serves meals either in the lower caverns or by bringing meals to individual Ferin that can be accessed by stairs.
Head Shaman: The head healer of the Ferin, and is the teacher of healing.
Ferbrat: The affectionate term used for the children and fosterlings found in the Ferin. All male Ferbrats, that are marked have the right to stand as a candidate to be Rider a when they reach the age of 12.
