Leader of Village: The head of a Village. Has full power over all the goings on within his village. Power often goes unchecked unless he is not fulfilling his duties to his residents. Provided protection from enemies, an education, food and shelter in return for labor.
Lady of Village:Leader's wife. Heads all the domestic tasks within the hold. Directly supervises a Headwoman of the Village.
Headwoman: Reports to the Lady. Sees to all food, clothing, healing, and other maintenance issues within the Village by delegating and overseeing all other workers.
Lordlings: Leader's sons, fosterlings, nephews, and other male relatives who assist with the day-to-day management of the Village in preparation for leading a Village of their own someday.
